Level 1 – Enjoyment
The elaborate roof truss construction can be seen particularly impressively in the spacious dining room with the open kitchen. This spacious living area with an integrated kitchen is puristically furnished.
The historical ambience has been skilfully combined in a variety of ways with tasteful collector's items, such as the solid oak table with marble side panels, which invites you to indulge in extensive feasting and cozy lingering. In the south-facing extension is the original crane dormer, now a covered, quiet balcony. A successful “change of use” in the historic building.
Kitchen area
The trend-conscious, functional equipment of the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: oven, stove, dishwasher, espresso machine, coffee filter machine, washing machine, dryer, iron. A large fridge-freezer with ice cube dispenser invites you to have a drink at the immediately adjacent antique bar.
Bedroom

In the immediate vicinity of the two bedrooms there are two bathrooms with 8 and 15 square meters respectively on this level. One of them has a floor-level XL shower, mirror cabinet, towel dryer, hairdryer and toilet. The other with Physiotherm infrared cabin for 2 people, bathtub, shower with Kneipp hose, mirror cabinet, towel dryer, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror with light and toilet.
